Add/Drop Classes

To ADD any class or program offered at Razr Dance Academy, simply choose the class(es) you wish to join and enter your requests in the studio software, Danceworks.

All registrations must get approved by management before a student is enrolled in each class. This process assures that all students are placed in appropriate classes for their age and level. If a student is not accepted into the class(es) they request, a note will be placed on their account and management will suggest a better fitting class(es).

To DROP any class or program offered at Razr Dance Academy, you must fill out an Add/Drop Form and hand it to management. This can be done by: dropping it off at the front desk, mail or emailing it to us. Once the form is received and management approves, the student will be removed from class(es) and tuition will be adjusted.

*Please note that once a student is enrolled and approved for class(es) the parents are responsible for the tuition rate until the Add/Drop Form is received and approved.

Refund Requests

To request a refund on classes, costumes, competition fees, etc., you must fill out a Refund Form and hand it to management. This can be done by: dropping it off at the front desk, mail or emailing it to us. Once the form is received and management approves, a check will be mailed out, or the account will receive a credit.

Tuition

Tuition is based on the season and will not be adjusted
due to longer / shorter months.
RDA allots 2 cancellations per weekday due to weather cancellations.
After the two days, we will schedule make up classes.
Please keep in mind most make ups are offered over April vacation.

Registration

To register for any class or program offered at Razr Dance Academy, simply fill out both a Registration and Waiver Form and hand them in, either via email, drop them off at studio or mail them. Once the management receives your forms, we will enter your information into the studio software, Danceworks.

We will create your family profile and you will then receive an email confirming your desire to join RDA. Then you must create a password. Once you have created your password, read and agreed to our studio policies, which appear as you are setting up your account, you will then have an account with RDA and Danceworks. From this point on, and for all the years you stay with RDA you can choose and register for class(es) on Danceworks.
